Where's the event?
The outdoor fee covers wind-proofing, extra power cable and setup time. We need a flat, covered spot (tent or shade) and power within 25 ft.
Please make sure this is accurate — outdoor setups need extra gear and prep, and an event found to be outdoors on the day may result in extra charges or cancellation.
